• You identify new tenants, develop your network and carry out an active prospecting in order to realize settlements and reduce the long-term vacancy of our commercial, craft and industrial areas.
• You build marketing strategies tailored to each asset to attract the right brands and increase the attractiveness of our real estate assets.
• You take charge of the entire marketing process, build lease conditions, defend the interests of the company and advance negotiations until the leases are signed.
• You analyze the market, observe trends, evaluate competition and benchmark the best potential for location to strengthen our rental income.
• You work with internal teams and external partners to optimize the rental mix and support the development of our sites.
• You pilot the indicators, follow the evolution of occupancy rate, rental income and asset value. You implement concrete actions in order to achieve marketing objectives and optimize performance.

Required

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial marketing: with proven experience in negotiating and signing leases.
• Federal patent: from real estate broker or manager or diploma with real estate specialization
• You master real estate marketing and you know how to value a surface, convince a prospect and turn an opportunity into a signed contract.
• You move with autonomy, energy and a sense of result. You develop your portfolio, create lasting contacts and stay on course until the projects are completed.
• You combine commercial convenience and real estate understanding. You negotiate with confidence, understand the contractual issues and facilitate decisions between the parties.
• French (Good Mastery)
• English (Very good knowledge)

Recruitment process

• Pre-selection of files: We constantly review the applications received, pre-screen and forward them to the manager. The decision to pursue or eliminate the recruitment process is communicated by telephone or e-mail. Return time: up to 3 weeks

• Professional interview: During the professional interview, the manager and/or other specialized person, or even the team, asks specific questions about the knowledge to accomplish the work. If possible, then there is more time to get to know the workstation and team in a broken stick discussion. Return time: up to 3 weeks
• Interview with HR and the department: The interview is conducted in distanciel or face-to-face with the HR person responsible and/or the specialized department. It serves primarily to learn more about personal and professional skills and allows both parties to assess cultural compatibility with the company and the team. Return time: up to 3 weeks
• References: When we ask for references, we look again at the strengths and weaknesses and have them overturned or confirmed by the former superiors or collaborators. References may be requested after the first or second round and only with consent. Return time: up to 1 week
• Offer and establishment of contract (digital): The main points of the contract are checked again after our verbal job offer. The establishment of the contract is then initiated by mutual agreement before being sent by e-mail for digital signature. Return time: up to 1 week
