Introduction
For our Research & Development division, we are seeking an R&D Project Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to design the casing of our future Jewelry Watches, thus contributing to the achievement of Rolex quality standards.

- For our Research & Development division, we are seeking an R&D Project Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to design the casing of our future Jewelry Watches, thus contributing to the achievement of Rolex quality standards.
- Design and develop solutions, in compliance with aesthetic and technical targets, thus contributing to the achievement of Rolex quality standards
- Carry out functional analyses and tolerance of developed concepts
- HES/EPF Engineering degree in Microtechnology / Mechanics or equivalent training
- Very good mastery of required design tools: CREO, PLM and ideally Cetol
Main responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions, in compliance with aesthetic and technical targets, thus contributing to the achievement of Rolex quality standards
- Carry out functional analyses and tolerance of developed concepts
- Participate in risk analyses and follow technical qualifications in close collaboration with reliability engineers and numerical analysts
- Participate in convergence with industrialization teams
- Capitalize on developed methodologies and concepts, and communicate them through technical reports or presentations, particularly during progress points and project reviews. Profile
- HES/EPF Engineering degree in Microtechnology / Mechanics or equivalent training
- Very good mastery of required design tools: CREO, PLM and ideally Cetol
- Desired experience in micromechanical construction, ideally in the field of watchmaking: Watch, Bracelet, Dial, Jewelry
- Versatile and autonomous person, driven by a strong analytical spirit, able to demonstrate objectivity and rigor
- Curious, open-minded and willing person, able to propose and undertake within multidisciplinary teams. Conclusion
