Descripzione For our Production division, we are looking for an Industrialization Project Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to manage investment projects, in order to guarantee the integration and performance of the equipment concerned.

- Coordinate the integration of new processes in compliance with project benchmarks, budgets and objectives
- Facilitate the analysis of needs, integrate customer needs, technical benchmarks and propose the framing of projects
- HES, EPF or equivalent engineering degree
- Confirmed experience in industrial project management.
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate the integration of new processes in compliance with project benchmarks, budgets and objectives
- Facilitate the analysis of needs, integrate customer needs, technical benchmarks and propose the framing of projects
- Justify development needs and contribute to the consolidation of continuous improvement plans and investment programs
- Manage information and decision-making as well as lead reporting, processing of deviations and decision-making
- Federate all contributors around objectives and value teamwork
- Document industrial scenarios and technical solutions
- Capitalize on best practices and contribute to the development of benchmarks
- Manage the planning of activities and the removal of risks
Key requirements
- HES, EPF or equivalent engineering degree
- Confirmed experience in industrial project management.
- Ability to take a step back to manage a group of experts in a transversal way.
- Natural leadership and pedagogy to motivate and unite a team.
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility and ability to be proactive. Comfort
