Introduction For our Production Division, within the Quality Department, we are looking for a Quality Project Manager (H/F) whose main tasks will be to take charge of continuous improvement projects and to accompany the qualification of new products for our production line.
- Introduction For our Production Division, within the Quality Department, we are looking for a Quality Project Manager (H/F) whose main tasks will be to take charge of continuous improvement projects and to accompany the qualification of new products for our production line.
- Pilot and animate the preventive quality process of new products (risk analyses, life analysis series)
- Define with the project team the qualification plan and the monitoring plan produced, accompanying the qualification of articles
- University diploma, EPF/HES engineer or equivalent training
Main responsibilities
- Pilot and animate the preventive quality process of new products (risk analyses, life analysis series)
- Define with the project team the qualification plan and the monitoring plan produced, accompanying the qualification of articles
- To drive the quality performance of new products, and to manage the treatment of internal non-compliances
- To pilot with the support of multidisciplinary teams projects of continuous improvement (intention framing, analysis and deployment in accordance with planning and objectives)
- To propose improvement projects based on the results of exploitation
- Provide methodological support on tools and approaches Quality
- Develop and adapt, if necessary, Quality tools to the needs of users Profile
- Professional experience confirmed in project management
- Desired knowledge of manufacturing processes: machining and surface processing
- Confirmed mastery of statistics and quality tools (QRQC, 8D, AMDEC, MSP, Audit...)
Key requirements
- University diploma, EPF/HES engineer or equivalent training
