Introduction
For our Production division, we are looking for a Quality Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to animate the steps regarding compliance and adaptation of quality criteria within the sector, as well as to participate actively in the continuous improvement of the quality of our components.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with quality criteria throughout the sector
- Ensure the application of the control methodology and homogeneity of the reference
- Ensure the relay between the sector and the quality technician by providing information in case of incident or non-compliant products
- Ensure compliance with control methods and tools through post and room audits
- Participate in the validation of the aesthetic criteria of the produced parts
- Analyze, interpret and update quality indicators
- Conduct weekly reviews and ensure a cross-sectional role of quality meetings
- Ensure that the level required for each controller is maintained by providing the necessary training and support
- Actively contribute to continuous quality improvement
Profile
- Confirmed experience in the field of quality, enriched with continuing training(s) certifying
- Professional practice of 2 years minimum in the field of mechanics or micromechanics, knowledge of watchmaking an asset
- Know-how in aesthetic control and mastery of basic quality tools
- Good visual acuity and plan reading knowledge
- Solid mastery of computer tools and ease in data compilation
- Good communication skills, ease in animation and decision-making
