- Conduct, optimize and guarantee all project/program resources (humans, budget, clients, final decision)
- Direct the financial management of the project as well as all defined requirements (quality, cost, delay...)
- Diploma from an Engineering School (Master HES or EPF)
Main responsibilities
- Conduct, optimize and guarantee all project/program resources (humans, budget, clients, final decision)
- Direct the financial management of the project as well as all defined requirements (quality, cost, delay...)
- Assign project/program alignment to trades needs
- Organize, coordinate and lead the project/programme team
- Arrange potential differences between the team and other stakeholders Overseeing the progress of the project
- Coordinate, synthesize and ensure quality of pronounced validations Managing the relationship with suppliers Profile
- 3 to 5 years experience in project management, ideally in a demanding industrial environment
- Experience in conducting projects based on Agile practices and/or methods
- French mother tongue with good knowledge of English Good control of IT tools and systems
- Proven mastery of predictive and Agile approaches, as well as project management tools
Key requirements
