Introduction For our Logistics Industrialization Service, we are looking for a Project Manager (H/F) whose main tasks will be the industrialization of equipment and logistics infrastructure for the Production and Commercial Divisions.
- Introduction For our Logistics Industrialization Service, we are looking for a Project Manager (H/F) whose main tasks will be the industrialization of equipment and logistics infrastructure for the Production and Commercial Divisions.
- Analyze and frame projects: collect and consolidate input data, formulate needs and define objectives accurately
- Propose innovative solutions: develop concepts adapted to the objectives set, integrating strategic orientations and state-of-the-art technologies focused on sustainable development
- Diploma of HES engineer, EPF or equivalent in logistics, mechanics or microtechnics Experience confirmed in project management
Main responsibilities
- Analyze and frame projects: collect and consolidate input data, formulate needs and define objectives accurately
- Propose innovative solutions: develop concepts adapted to the objectives set, integrating strategic orientations and state-of-the-art technologies focused on sustainable development
- Write specifications: formalize technical and functional requirements in clear and structured reference documents
- Pilot the coordination of the project team: conduct regular meetings, synchronize the actions of the team members and ensure that the work progresses well
- Manage planning and budgets: develop planning, ensure rigorous monitoring, establish forecasting budgets and ensure compliance throughout the project
- Ensure communication and reporting: inform stakeholders, line managers and relevant teams regularly of the progress of projects
- Monitor relations with industrial partners: organise and coordinate meetings with partners to foster collaboration and achievement of common objectives. Profile
- Experience in the provision of automated industrial equipment (transportation, vision, special machine...)
- Experience in supply chain and/or industrial logistics, an asset
- Training environment or sustainable development, a plus
Key requirements
- Diploma of HES engineer, EPF or equivalent in logistics, mechanics or microtechnics Experience confirmed in project management
