- You formalize needs, translate them into objectives, features and processes, and then define priorities, milestones, responsibilities, and associated risks and dependencies.
- You then manage projects until they are put into production, ensuring that deadlines, resources and deliverables are met.
- You have a Master's degree, ideally in engineering, management, public administration or in an equivalent field.
- You benefit from experience in project management, ideally in the health sector or in the Swiss hospital environment, and master the main tools and methods of project management, including HERMES.
Main responsibilities
- You formalize needs, translate them into objectives, features and processes, and then define priorities, milestones, responsibilities, and associated risks and dependencies.
- You then manage projects until they are put into production, ensuring that deadlines, resources and deliverables are met.
- You also lead workshops, working groups and governance bodies, while ensuring clear and regular reporting to the various stakeholders.
- A true link between users and specialized teams, you transform business needs into operational requirements.
- You work closely with the development teams, the UX/UI, architecture, cybersecurity and integration teams, as well as the medical, healthcare, administrative and other relevant trades.
Key requirements
- You have a Master's degree, ideally in engineering, management, public administration or in an equivalent field.

- You are involved in the design and validation of pathways and features, while challenging applications to identify solutions that offer the best balance between usage value, simplicity, feasibility and consistency with the digital ecosystem of the HUGs.
- Without necessarily being a computer specialist, you are comfortable with the technical issues and know how to facilitate dialogue between the different actors.
- Beyond project management, you contribute to the overall vision of the platform.
- You are involved in identifying and prioritizing developments, building and updating the functional roadmap, and analysing and arbitrating applications based on their impact, available resources and institutional priorities.
- You also ensure that the interdependencies between projects and systems are identified to ensure the coherent and evolving development of Concerto, while ensuring that the uses and innovations of digital health are monitored.
- This allows you to navigate seamlessly between strategic thinking and operational implementation.
- You also accompany the testing, validation and deployment phases of the new features.

- At the interface between trades and technical teams, you help define the directions of the platform, guide its evolutions and support their deployment.
- You support cross-cutting projects and functional evolutions from end to end.
- As such, you analyze the needs of patients as well as health professionals, understand existing pathways and identify opportunities for simplification and improvement.
