YOUR MISSION
Within the HQ Maintenance team, you will pilot, coordinate and optimize all the site maintenance activities (preventive and curative), supervise the technical team and external stakeholders, while bringing your expertise to the various infrastructure projects of the site.
HOW DO YOU HAVE AN IMPACT?
- Operational Management & Coordination: Provide day-to-day supervision and distribution of the maintenance team's workload, promoting transparent communication from the ground to management.
- Preventive Maintenance & Curative: Establish and implement the maintenance plan of technical installations (CVCSE), premises and outdoor spaces (parkings, alleys, green spaces), while managing and prioritizing the intervention tickets in order to guarantee optimal comfort.
- Provider & Supply Piloting: Supervising the interventions of external providers, validating the compliance of services, performing the receipt of work and managing supplies and materials.
- FM & Budget tools: Deploy and enrich the monitoring of maintenance works via GMAO and BIM tools, consolidate operating budgets (OPEX) and establish forecast maintenance schedules.
- Projects Site & Infra (Phase Étude & Travaux): Analyze the pre-projects to integrate the maintenance requirements from the study phase, and ensure the logistical, operational and safe monitoring of the construction sites by minimizing the impact on the activity of the headquarters.
- HSE & Energy Performance: Ensure compliance of interventions in collaboration with HSE/Security teams and participate actively in monitoring the energy and environmental performance of the site.
WHAT ARE THE CLES OF YOUR SURVEY IN OUR GROUP?
- Training: Diploma CFC, HES, Technician or Engineer specialized in Building Maintenance or CVC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Sanitary, Electricity).
- Experience: At least 10 years of professional experience confirmed in Facility Management or in Technical Building Management (CVCSE).
- Technical skills: Advanced mastery of a GMAO, practice/sensitivity to digital models (BIM), mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (including advanced Excel) and strong knowledge of energy efficiency.
- Languages: Perfect mastery of French (level C1/C2 oral and written); Operational English (minimum B1 level).
- Personal Qualities & Soft Skills: Adfirmed leadership, team spirit, rigor, autonomy, excellent priority management, pragmatism, versatility and communication skills adapted to various interlocutors.
