Talent Attraction Intern (m/f/d) - Your future position?

As a Talent Attraction Intern, you will join our CoE Talent Acquisition and People Insight team for a 12-month internship based in Vernier, Switzerland. Reporting to the Global Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Manager, you will support global initiatives that strengthen Givaudan's employer brand and help attract top talent across our international organisation. You will gain hands-on experience across employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent attraction campaigns, social media, talent intelligence, and candidate engagement while collaborating with stakeholders around the world.

In this role, you will

Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing

• Support the development and execution of global employer branding campaigns.
• Create and coordinate engaging content for social media, career platforms, and employer branding channels.
• Help showcase employee stories, career opportunities, and workplace culture through internal and external communications.

Talent Attraction

• Support talent attraction initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns across key markets.
• Assist with promotional activities related to careers events, university partnerships, and talent community engagement.

Digital & Social Media

• Support content planning and performance tracking across employer branding channels.
• Assist in measuring campaign effectiveness and preparing insights and recommendations.
• Explore the use of AI and emerging technologies to enhance talent attraction and candidate engagement.

Project & Team Support

• Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for global projects.
• Support coordination of cross-functional employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Contribute ideas that improve candidate experience and attraction effectiveness.

Your profile includes

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, or Talent Attraction.
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
• First experience using social media platforms for content creation or campaign promotion preferred
• Familiarity with creative tools, analytics platforms, or content management tools.
• Interest in digital marketing, talent intelligence, and AI applications.
