For our Production division, we are seeking a Quality and Execution Technician (M/F) whose primary task will be to drive initiatives related to respecting and adapting quality criteria within the sector, as well as actively participating in the continuous improvement of the quality of our components.

- For our Production division, we are seeking a Quality and Execution Technician (M/F) whose primary task will be to drive initiatives related to respecting and adapting quality criteria within the sector, as well as actively participating in the continuous improvement of the quality of our components.
- Ensure compliance with quality criteria throughout the sector, ensuring communication with Experts.
- Diploma as an ES Technician in mechanics or microtechnology.
- Confirmed experience in the field of quality, enriched by continuous and certifying training.
Main responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with quality criteria throughout the sector, ensuring communication with Experts.
Key requirements
- Diploma as an ES Technician in mechanics or microtechnology.
- Confirmed experience in the field of quality, enriched by continuous and certifying training.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in quality control of watch products.
- Professional knowledge of aesthetic control and mastery of basic quality tools.
- Good visual acuity and knowledge of reading plans.
- Good command of IT tools.
- Good training, coaching, and audit skills.
Application process
- Guarantee the application of the control methodology and the homogeneity of the reference.
- Ensure liaison between the sector and the quality technician by transmitting information in the event of an incident or non-conforming products.
- Ensure compliance with methodologies and control tools through on-site audits.
- Participate in the validation of aesthetic criteria for produced parts.
- Prepare weekly reports and ensure a cross-functional role in animating quality meetings.
- Ensure that each controller maintains the required level by providing necessary training and support.
- Participate in the training, coaching, and control of aesthetic criteria for all sector collaborators.
