- Work with our Google Cloud dedicated and data boundary partner operators to design, build and roll out an integrated partner program to attract and retain a partner ecosystem.
- Define and drive the execution of the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, including business development activities to drive business growth.

Main responsibilities
- Work with our Google Cloud dedicated and data boundary partner operators to design, build and roll out an integrated partner program to attract and retain a partner ecosystem.
- Define and drive the execution of the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, including business development activities to drive business growth.
- Identify, engage,recruit and develop key partners with deep relationships in target commercial sectors to bring qualified net new opportunities and drive consumption.
- Drive the independent software vendor (ISV) partnership lifecycle, ensuring an ecosystem of ISVs is activated to drive net new business growth and address customer workload needs.
- Identify and engage strategic systems integrators and advisory partners (e.g., GSIs) to guide regulated industry customers through complex data classification strategies and business case development for Google Dedicated Cloud.

- 10 years of experience in a Partner Development Manager or strategic
- Experience building partner ecosystems with system integrators, advisors, ISVs, resellers.

- 10 years of experience in a Partner Development Manager or strategic partnerships role focusing on cloud or sovereign solutions.
- Experience developing GTM strategies, partner recruitment, and sales enablement, particularly in regulated industries sector.
- Experience building partner ecosystems with system integrators, advisors, ISVs, resellers. Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with Public Sector/Government industry clients.
- Experience with sovereign cloud concepts, including operational models, data boundary controls, and external key management.
- Ability to coordinate with the regional sales leadership to align field teams and leverage customer relationships and facilitate selling efforts.
