Company and context
- Piloting Oracle quarterly updates: Release notes analysis, impact assessment, revenue organization and realization, deployment
- Define and execute non-regression test plans
- Coordinate all stakeholders (HR, IT, providers) during updates
- Ensure communication with users on the evolution of the solution Evolution of the tool
- Collect, analyze and prioritize HR-related development requests
- Configure and set Oracle HCM Cloud to meet identified needs
- Monitor new Oracle features and propose their activation when relevant
- Build, power and maintain HCM's functional roadmap Piloting Oracle HCM related projects
- Contribute to the framing and implementation of implementation or extension projects
- Provide functional reference on interfacing projects (pay, ATS, LMS, BI, etc.)
