  • As a Learning & Development Business Partner, you will play a key role in developing and motivating staff and have the overall responsibility for the Technical/Technical Management Learning Competencies (approximately 250 sessions per year). The functions include:
  • Master's Degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field of HR/Learning and Development or a related field.
  • Experience in the areas of physics or engineering is an advantage. Technical competencies:
  • Project management: combined with strong analytical skills and the ability to understand highly specialised technical fields. Behavioural competencies:
  • Achieving Results: delivering high quality work on time and fulfilling expectations.
  • Optimising Resources: effectively managing budget, optimising human and financial resources.
  • Spoken and written English, with a commitment to learn French. Eligibility and closing date:
