Company and context
- Install the patient and present the administrative and care organization information
- Collect and transmit medical and administrative data and complete the computerized care file
- Provide and organize care planning according to priorities and urgency
- Perform care on medical prescription and in accordance with unit and institutional procedures
- Maintaining the Informatized Patient Record
- Continuously assess the patient's clinical condition and its development in acute conditions
- Ensure inter-service coordination for patient movement management
- Coordinate inputs and outputs: internal mutations, external patient transfers in collaboration with the health framework
- Attends the necessary training to maintain and develop the skills expected for his position
- Welcoming, accompanying students and new collaborators
