- You represent Management with professionalism, fairness, and neutrality, ensuring effective collaboration across the organization.
- Do you think there is even more to discover in this role?
- You have 5–10 years of experience as a manager in the field of purchasing and supply of Movement components, including 3–5 years in team management.
- Your experience in purchasing/supply Management is supported ideally by a technical background (e.g., a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Microtechnology, or a related engineering field) and complemented by a training in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Purchasing.
- You have strong knowledge of strategic purchasing, operational procurement, and Supply Chain management.
- You have a solid understanding of the Movement component supplier network and ideally experience in the watch industry.
- You are proficient in ERP systems, data analysis tools, and project monitoring, including Excel and pivot tables.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and are comfortable working with stakeholders and suppliers at all levels.
- You are fluent in English and French.
