Your Purpose We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Mobile App Product Specialist to join our Business Innovation team at MSC Cruises Headquarters in Geneva.
This role is designed for a data-driven professional with a strong commercial acumen, an analytical mindset, and a passion for optimizing mobile user journeys.
The successful candidate will explore in-app behaviors, remove friction in the sales funnel, and drive product-led initiatives to maximize conversion rates and shape the future of digital guest experiences across the MSC for Me digital ecosystem.
Your Impact - Analyze the MSC for Me in-app user journey and behavior to identify bottlenecks, proposing and validating product initiatives that optimize the sales funnel and boost in-app conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and UX/UI cross-functional teams to design and implement features that drive organic user acquisition and increase cross-selling/up-selling opportunities for the MSC for Me digital ecosystem.
- Implement and optimize the in-app position of commercial offerings (working closing with Onboard Revenues Commercial Department) to maximize visibility and sales conversions specifically for mobile users.
- Use advanced product analytics tools and data visualization (Power BI) to track sales performance, user activation rates, and drop-offs into the MSC for Me digital ecosystem.
- Act as a bridge between the Onboard Revenues Commercial department and the Tech/Development teams, translating revenue goals into clear digital product requirements to enhance the MSC for Me digital ecosystem.
- Drive MSC for Me channel-led acquisition by refining native in-app features—such as frictionless guest-to-registered user flows, invite-a-friend mechanisms, and seamless app sharing—to grow the user base.
- Conduct A/B testing on MSC for Me in-app sales flows, checkout processes, and subscription models to continuously improve operational efficiency and revenue generation.
