Main responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to members of the Legal Affairs Department and carry out administrative follow-up, physical and computer maintenance, from reception to archiving, including referencing
- Support some aspects of legal cases independently, under the supervision of legal advisers

- Assuming the organizational follow-up of the service (telephone reception, organization of sessions, coordination of agendas, internal administrative procedures, etc.)
- Write draft letters and documents with legal content (e-mails, mails, VPs, memoirs, vouchers, etc.)
- Initiate and update documents such as projects, tables, planning, TPP submissions as required by the service.
- SWC of trade employee or training deemed equivalent, certification in legal secretariat would be an asset, complete training of executive secretary
- At least 5 years of professional experience as executive secretary with a court, a criminal prosecution authority, a legal service or a lawyer's study.
- Knowledge of the Geneva care network and/or the Geneva judicial organization would be an asset
- Dynamism, skill and flexibility are essential qualities for this position
- Ability to work independently, taste for precision, excellent editorial and organizational skills
- Demonstrated computer knowledge and perfect mastery of the main common office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Team spirit, discretion, ability to work independently
