Your Mission

As part of the missions of the Directorate of Information and Digital Systems (DIRSIN), participate in the design, development and evolution of digital solutions based on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Contribute to the digitization and automation of business processes through Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure and artificial intelligence technologies, while respecting the standards of security, governance and quality in the General Hospice. Your main activities

• Design, develop and maintain business solutions based on Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Azure;
• Develop applications with Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps);
• Automate business processes with Power Automation;
• Design and integrate conversational agents and digital assistants with Microsoft Copilot Studio;
• Develop solutions that enhance the capabilities of artificial intelligence in line with the organisation's governance framework;
• Develop integrations with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs and third-party systems;
• Develop and maintain SharePoint Framework (SPFx) components;
• Design and operate Dataverse data models;
• Produce dashboards and indicators with Power BI;
• Participate in the implementation of documentary and collaborative management solutions under Microsoft 365;
• Provide corrective and scalable maintenance of existing solutions;
• Participate in the definition of technical standards, good practices and governance of Microsoft platforms;
• Provide expert technical support and contribute to the transfer of knowledge to internal teams.

Your profile

• Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent training;
• Significant experience in developing Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions;
• Customer and user orientation;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
• Initiative and strength of proposal;
• Strong interest in the innovation and uses of artificial intelligence;
• Ability to popularize technical concepts with business contacts;
• Autonomy, rigour and sense of responsibility;

• Sensitivity to security, governance and data protection issues;
• Azure Services Knowledge: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Storage, Key Vault, App Services;
• Administration and governance: Microsoft 365 and Power Platform;
• Management of environments, solutions and deployments;
• Licensing management and optimization of uses;
• DevOps knowledge: GIT, Azure DevOps and CI/CD and deployment automation.

Prerequisite

• Microsoft Development 365
• Excellent control of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem;
• Strong experience of SharePoint Online, Teams and Microsoft Lists;
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 collaborative and document management mechanisms.

• Power Automation Expertise;
• Mastery of Dataverse;
• Power BI experience.
• Development and integration
• TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3;
• SPFx component development;
• Advanced use of Microsoft Graph APIs;
• Mastery of PowerShell;
• Experience with REST, JSON and Webhooks APIs;
• Development and integration of custom connectors.
• Artificial intelligence
• Development experience assisted by Anthropic Claude;
• Knowledge of IA capabilities of Microsoft 365;
• Experience or strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot Studio;
• Understanding the concepts of AI agents, assisted generation and enhanced documentary research.
• Security and governance
• Good control of Microsoft 365 security principles;
• Authorisation management and access control;
• Microsoft Knowledge Entra ID;
• Understanding DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies;
• Sensitivity to data protection and compliance issues.
