Introduction For our Production division, within the New Products Methods department, we are looking for a Methods Project Manager
New Products (M/F) whose main mission will be to evaluate and industrialize innovative manufacturing processes for our dial products, while respecting the site's cost, quality and deadline objectives.

- New Products (M/F) whose main mission will be to evaluate and industrialize innovative manufacturing processes for our dial products, while respecting the site's cost, quality and deadline objectives.
- Frame the intention and needs for associated equipment and infrastructure
- Study the feasibility by objectifying process control, product conformity achieved, the volumes and costs achievable
- HES, EPF or equivalent engineering diploma in mechanics, microtechnology or materials sciences
Main responsibilities
- Frame the intention and needs for associated equipment and infrastructure
- Study the feasibility by objectifying process control, product conformity achieved, the volumes and costs achievable
- Manage the risk reduction plan and compliance with process industrialization schedules Industrialize new associated products
- Lead and bring together all project stakeholders Summarize reporting to management Profile
- Proven experience in the management of industrial projects
- Technical comfort in risk assessment, process capabilities and associated monitoring plans
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and work in a multidisciplinary team
Key requirements
- HES, EPF or equivalent engineering diploma in mechanics, microtechnology or materials sciences
