Within the department's secretariat, it is your mission to organize and independently carry out the day-to-day work related to the work of the assistant doctors and clinic chiefs.
Thanks to your relational ease, you welcome, inform and direct patients and patients attending the orthopaedic surgery and trauma department of the motor device and manage the phone calls you receive.
You organize the consultations by managing the electronic physician agenda and preparing patient files.
