Role overview
As an intern in the Human Resources Directorate, you join a dynamic and versatile team whose mission is to guarantee the continuous improvement of working conditions and to preserve the health of employees, through the application of the Labour Law (LTr) within the institution.
- You are involved or involved in various missions, contributing to the proper functioning of the team and the reporting to the governing bodies.
- You are involved in the preparation of the materials, the preparation of the various sessions and the monitoring of the actions carried out.
- You prepare the various monitoring points and coordinations with the stakeholders.
- You participate in the data analyses and ensure the weekly monitoring of the indicators.
- You contribute to the consolidation of the activity report.
- You provide support to the projects and requests of the Human Resources Directorate, including by carrying out analyses, documentary research and the work of conceptualisation.
