- You share responsibility for the organizational, technical, financial and personnel management of the market
- You assume overall responsibility for the location in the absence of the managing director
- Together with the team, you ensure a high level of willingness to sell, active customer service and attractive product presentation
- You ensure freshness and quality in the market
- You implement efficient operating procedures and ensure compliance with processes and guidelines Requirements
- You have completed basic training in retail or gastronomy with further training in retail (min. retail specialist) or hotel management school
- You already have experience in a comparable position in retail or gastronomy
- You are an entrepreneurial, winning leader with several years of management experience and high social skills You have a pronounced customer orientation
- You enjoy dealing with people and organizational tasks
