Manager Procurement Medical Devices (MDC 3 months) (ref: 1991)

Your Mission

Within the Supply Chain of the Hospital of La Tour, you contribute to the proper functioning of the purchases and supplies necessary for the care of patients.

As part of a temporary replacement, we are looking for a rapidly operational person, able to ensure the continuity of purchasing activities and to work independently within a dynamic team of buyers and supply chain specialists.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure operational monitoring of procurement and vendor files.
• Manage the creation and updating of articles in our systems.
• Ensure the reliability of medical items and devices.
• Participate in the management of supply disruptions and the search for alternative solutions.
• Ensure the processing of security notices and materialisation activities.
• Contribute to the monitoring of procurement performance.
• Collaborate daily with medical, nursing, logistics and pharmaceutical teams.
• Participate in improvement projects and procurement structuring.

Your profile

• Commercial training, procurement, logistics or supply chain.
• Prior experience in procurement, procurement administration or supply chain.
• Ability to be self-sufficient quickly and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Good control of computer tools.
• Rigor, organizational sense and team spirit.
• Experience in discussions with various interlocutors.
