For our Production division, we are seeking an Industrialization Service Manager (M/F) whose main task will be to animate, lead and accompany their team to meet the objectives of implementing industrialization and methods activities, to bring their technical vision and to ensure the progress of ongoing projects.

- Team Management
- Organize and manage activities to ensure the performance of their unit.
- Degree in engineering from HES, EPF or equivalent Confirmed experience in management Natural leadership, listening and empathy Exemplary and irreproachable communication
- Ability to propose and make decisions autonomously
Main responsibilities
- Team Management
- Organize and manage activities to ensure the performance of their unit.
- Communicate global orientations and set individual objectives.
- Accompany, guide and stimulate collaborators in achieving their objectives and developing their skills.
- Develop a climate of trust and contribute to optimizing both the cohesion of the group and the interfaces with partners.
Key requirements

- Lead the operational and economic performance of the unit using and developing various management and reporting tools.
- Bring new products to production according to project objectives.
- Evolve the industrial tool in line with the strategy.
- Ensure the perpetuation and consistency of changes made in production.
- Ensure the reliability of technical data related to their field of activity.
