Introduction As part of the development of our Digital Transformation in Production activities, we are strengthening our team and recruiting a Team Manager. As a Team Manager, you will play an essential role in the organization of our activities, supporting your team in order to meet the objectives of implementing digital solutions within a production site. You will work closely with our internal partners, aiming to be a true player in digital transformation. Passionate about coordinating multidisciplinary teams and the success of large-scale projects while guaranteeing operational excellence, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing activities in a stimulating environment. • Communicate overall orientations and set individual objectives
• Manage and ensure the proper organizational functioning of your team
