- As a Team Manager, you will play an essential role in the organization of our activities, supporting your team in order to meet the objectives of implementing digital solutions within a production site.

- Manage and ensure the proper organizational functioning of your team
- Support and guide your employees in achieving their objectives and developing their skills
- Create a context favorable to the smooth running of the activity by promoting communication, generating a climate of trust and contributing to the cohesion of the group
- Manage the budgets relating to the functioning of the group and its projects, manage potential recruitment Project management
- Develop and maintain the program roadmap to ensure the strategic relevance of projects for the business, the company and third parties
- Collaborate with business teams to ensure the smooth running of projects and optimized decision-making, for results in line with business requirements
