Application process
- In this position, you are the linchpin for the application-related business support of our unit.
- You support our customer service out of Mannheim with diagnostic products and ensure that the process chain represented in our IT applications works smoothly at all times.

- You act as a “translator” between business and IT, in which you know the business processes through many years of experience and how they are depicted in the applications used.
- Especially for the processes of physical order processing in our warehouse areas, you are an expert and an important key user.
- You are the contact person in day-to-day business and provide business support around the customer supply process chain
- You control and monitor data and information flows and take care of master data maintenance
- You get an overview of existing processes, look for optimization options and implement them in coordination as part of change management.
