Introduction For our Purchasing, Support & Infrastructure division, we are looking for a Logistics Manager (M/F), whose main mission will be to manage and organize logistics activities, make computerized systems and stocks more reliable in order to meet the defined objectives.
- Introduction For our Purchasing, Support & Infrastructure division, we are looking for a Logistics Manager (M/F), whose main mission will be to manage and organize logistics activities, make computerized systems and stocks more reliable in order to meet the defined objectives.
- Organize and coordinate, in collaboration with the department's employees, the various production respondents and service providers, the daily objectives while ensuring optimal distribution of the workload
- Manage actions aimed at controlling outstanding amounts, delays or advances in delivery in order to meet deadlines
- Federal certificate in logistics or equivalent diploma in production management and/or logistics
Main responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate, in collaboration with the department's employees, the various production respondents and service providers, the daily objectives while ensuring optimal distribution of the workload
- Manage actions aimed at controlling outstanding amounts, delays or advances in delivery in order to meet deadlines
- Conduct incident resolution activities based on daily hazards
- Ensure compliance with the rules relating to the management of precious materials
- Manage and optimize computerized systems and the management of stocks
- Contribute to the definition and monitoring of continuous improvement plans in a logic of permanent progress and support the department's employees towards autonomy and accountability
- Guarantee the internal and external communication of the department Profile
- Knowledge of inventory management required and team management appreciated
- Communicative in nature and able to take initiatives, you are able to be responsive and comfortable working in a team
- Proactive, pragmatic, taste for "field" work
Key requirements
- Federal certificate in logistics or equivalent diploma in production management and/or logistics
