- YOUR MISSION: Contributing to the coordination and implementation of cross-functional organizational and transformation projects for Europe Region such as: Digital transformation and data management including analytics, data mining.
- Implementation of new processes for customer service and logistics functions.
- Coordination of new initiatives, POCs and implementation.
- SCOPE: Europe region: Benelux, France, Iberia, Italy, Northern Europe, Switzerland, UK The position is a fixed-term contract, based in Meyrin Geneva within our Richemont Europe Teams and is a full-time position (100%).
- HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Digital Transformation and Data Management Set new dashboards and analytic tools to help operations.
- Document the process flows and look for room of improvement and efficiency.
- Streamline the data management process across the region for the customer service function undefined Ensure the project follow-up Contributing to the project scoping and approach (governance, key milestones, deliverables, etc.) Contributing to the action plan definition Coordinating and monitoring the action plan implementation Animating meetings and preparing minutes Communicating to stakeholders about the projects undefined Continuous Improvement Identifying the gaps between the current & target processes Ensuring that business processes are well documented and implemented.
- Animating meetings, consolidating business needs for a better performance Identifying and implement automation initiatives to address pain points and optimize processes.
- PROFILE Graduate School with Engineering or business degree Languages: fluent in English.
