As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will be the technical reference in this area within our Ebauches workshop.

- Your main responsibilities will be as follows: Technical expertise and process monitoring Being the technical reference in machining throughout the machine fleet (turning, milling 3 axes) Defining, validating and optimizing machining parameters Realizing and/or validating machine settings to ensure conformity and repeatability Ensuring an optimal level of quality by respecting internal standards Ensuring the preparation and maintenance of the associated machinery and equipment Management of priorities and continuous improvement Identifying and solving machining defects Implementing and monitoring lasting corrective actions in collaboration with production, methods and quality Contributing to the optimization of existing processes Participating in the industrialization of new products Ensuring the timeliness and management of priorities in connection with the scheduling Development of teams and compliance with standards Train and accompany employees to guarantee a rise in skills including apprentices.
- Explain and enforce internal position instructions and standards.
- CFC in Polymecanics or equivalent training
- Proven experience in machining, turning, and milling
Main responsibilities

- Promote a good working environment by encouraging communication and cooperation between teams Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental (OHS) standards.
- Raising awareness of good practices and contributing to accident prevention.
- Supervise candidate testing during recruitment processes.
- The must haves and skills required for this position: Ideally holder of a polymeric CFC or equivalent training Experience confirmed in machining including turning and milling.
- Strong skills on CNC machining methods Regular use of orders Fanuc and Siemens Retail sense and ability to quickly diagnose and resolve production anomalies Ability to structure and transmit technical know-how with pedagogy.
