- Your main responsibilities will be as follows: Technical expertise and process monitoring Be the technical referent in machining across the entire machine fleet (turning, 3-axis milling) Define, validate and optimize machining parameters Carry out and/or validate machine settings to guarantee compliance and repeatability Ensure an optimal level of quality while respecting internal standards Ensure the preparation and maintenance of machines and associated equipment Priority management and continuous improvement Identify and resolve issues machining defects Implement and monitor sustainable corrective actions in collaboration with production, methods and quality Contribute to the optimization of existing processes Participate in the industrialization of new products Ensure compliance with deadlines and management of priorities in connection with scheduling Team development and compliance with standards Train and support employees to guarantee an increase in skills, including apprentices.
- Explain and enforce job instructions and internal standards.
- CFC in Polymecanics or equivalent training
- Proven experience in machining, turning, and milling
Main responsibilities

- Explain and enforce job instructions and internal standards.
- Promote a good working climate by encouraging communication and cooperation between teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental (SST) standards.
- Raise team awareness of good practices and contribute to accident prevention.
- Supervise candidate testing during recruitment processes.
- The must haves and skills necessary for this position: Ideally holder of a CFC as a polymechanic or training considered equivalent Confirmed experience in machining, particularly in turning and milling.
- Solid skills in CNC machining resources Regular use of Fanuc and Siemens controls Attention to detail and ability to quickly diagnose and resolve production anomalies Ability to structure and transmit technical know-how with pedagogy.
