Full description

In this position, directly attached to the Team Lead Comptroller of Management you come to strengthen the Finance Manufacturing team as part of a maternity leave replacement. Your main mission will be to ensure the operational monitoring of precious metals and to contribute to the reliability of material flows within our industrial activities. You will also participate in stock analyses and monthly closure work. The post is based in the Brassus with one-time trips to our Meyrin site

Your main activities

• Analyse production needs and forecast consumption of precious metals
• Making materials available to suppliers
• Completing monthly reconciliations of weight and material flows
• Ensuring reliability of weight data and consistency between physical flows and information systems
• Monitoring waste recovery flows and analysing production losses
• Participate in physical inventories of stocks and production stocks
• Contribute to monthly closures and closures
• Conduct inventory analyses and comment on significant changes
• Document, update and monitor Internal Control System (ICS) controls
• You have a higher education in Finance, Management Control or Business Management
• You have gained a good first experience, ideally in an industrial environment, in the context of a significant internship, alternation or first job
• Knowledge or experience in managing precious metals is a real asset
• You have a good mastery of Excel and common computer tools
• You have a good spirit of analysis and synthesis
• You are recognized for your rigor, you are organized and reliable, you are attentive to the quality of the data
• You have a good listening capacity, you are open, you appreciate teamwork and know how to interact with a variety of people
