Vacancy IT Operations Support (M/F) 100% Occupancy rate 100% Start to be agreed Duration Permanent Place of work Thônex Co-operative for more than 60 years in the field of billing and management of medical practices, we have about 10 agencies and employ more than 350 employees at national level. Our main clients are doctors, specialists and paramedics, as well as clinics and hospitals.
Your Mission
To strengthen our IT Operations / Production team, we are looking for an IT production support (L1/L2) responsible for ensuring the stability and availability of IT services critical to the business. This position is fully operationally oriented: supervision, incident management and daily production activities, in a shift work model. Supervision and incident management
- Ensure reliable availability of IT services during operating hours
- Monitor IT systems, applications and batch processing
- Rapidly and effectively respond to incidents and address L1/L2 production incidents
- Analyze failed batch treatments, identify cause and restart, including by reading the relevant scripts
- Participate in major incident management: qualification, stakeholder coordination, status communication
- Write incident reports and contribute to root cause analyses
- Engage expert teams (databases, infrastructure, d) on what goes beyond the operating perimeter
Daily operation
- Perform daily operational tasks and procedures
- Maintain supervision and status page for our clients
- Maintain and enrich operating procedures and runbooks
- Automation of recurring controls and tasks
- Support production operations and ensure smooth transfers between teams
- Provide ad hoc support to the team on common operating tasks
- Participate in "best effort" rotation outside working hours
Organization of work
- Post in hours with 8 hours days (6h–14h / 1h–21h)
- Two shifts per day with 1 hour of overlap on site
- Weekly or bi-weekly rotation between shift
Your profile Training: Computer training or equivalent experience in system operations Experience: Experience confirmed in IT production support or operation, ideally in shift schedules Technical expertise
- Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows systems
- Experience with monitoring/supervision tools (Grafana or equivalent)
- Experience of a production scheduler, preferably Control-M
- Reading and adapting Shell and Perl scripts
- Database notations and ability to execute SQL diagnostic queries (PostgreSQL or Sybase: one plus)
- Practical Git and sweaters request.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change)
Languages
- Current French
- English professional level (B1/B2)
- German is an asset
