Descrizione Learning in Computer Science (CFC Operations and Infrastructure) ## What you will learn - Computer support for users (disturbance, incident and demand management, on-site and remote support) - Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows workstations and devices - Participation in operations related to Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID and Azure environments - Contribution to server management and operation (file servers, infrastructure services) - Introduction to network infrastructure and connectivity and security principles - Application of good practices in IT security and data protection - Participation in system and software updates - Use of structured ITIL-based processes (incident management, changes, documentation) - Preparation and updating of technical documentation and user guides - Participation in internal IT projects and continuous service improvement - Progressive rise in autonomy on tasks and standardized ## What we are looking for - Completion diploma (secondary level II) - Confirmed interest in information technology, infrastructure and professional technical environments - Good logical reasoning and analytical ability - Motivation to invest in demanding and structured training - Professional attitude, sense of responsibility and rigour - Ability to work as a team and communicate in a clear and respectful manner - Current French and good knowledge of English (international environment) ## • What we offer - Comprehensive and supervised training in an experienced IT team - Exposure to modern technical environments (Microsoft, Azure, safety, IT operation) - A professional, structured and service-oriented framework - Progressive support for autonomy and skills development - A solid foundation for a future career in IT infrastructure and operation ## Application Please send us a complete application package including: - Letter of motivation - Curriculum vitae - School bulletins for the last 3 years - Additional documents appreciated: letters of recommendation, internship reports, possible certifications, GRI.
