- Ensure strategy reflects local market realities, regulations, and cultural differences while keeping global consistency.
- Program Management Develop structured high impact early careers programs and implement robust recruitment and selection criteria to ensure the onboarding, placement, and professional development of interns, graduates, and apprentices.
- Design experiences that balance on-the-job learning, mentoring, and structured development.
- Maintain quality and consistency of delivery while allowing flexibility for local adaptation.
- Talent acquisition and Pipeline building Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies across online, offline, and social channels specifically tailored for early careers talent.
