Main responsibilities
- Organizing and coordinating all concerns of international patients and VIPs
- Completing all administrative matters for these patients, e.g.
- Preparation of cost estimates, obtaining cost languages from foreign insurance companies, embassies, assistance with entry visas, performance recording, billing, collection and monitoring of deposit payments Receiving and caring for patients
- Relationship management and communication with internal and external bodies such as embassies, facilitators, relatives
- General team tasks such as telephone service and lounge management Requirements
- Completed studies in the tourism or hotel sector or industry-related vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in a clinic or in the international field
- Very good oral and written language skills, especially German, English, Russian, Italian (every other language is advantageous)
- Strong service orientation and excellent manners
- Flair for the care of international, demanding patients
