• Ensures the processing of administrative files to enable their billing according to current rules, deadlines and tariffs
• Seizes and monitors the services entered for billing according to the rules, tariffs and deadlines in force
• Maintains the patient's administrative record by integrating information and documents such as correspondence, guarantees, etc.
• Informs debtors (patients, insurances, etc.) on the benefits on demand, ensuring that the image of the institution is promoted
• Process complaints, challenges, releases and requests for information, as required in collaboration with clinical services, in accordance with applicable time limits and rules
• Prepares financial estimates in collaboration with relevant departments
• Transmits to its hierarchy information on problems related to the billing of benefits, and is a proposal force for improving billing processes
• Informs clinical services on billable services and billing rules to optimize the completeness of billing
• Participates in the parameters of forms and computer systems related to invoicing, as part of its responsibilities and competencies
• Keeps up to date on developments in tariff systems, billing rules, computer systems, and clinical activity
