The Mother/Child Centre offers patients multidisciplinary care. A team of professionals made up of doctors, nurses and caregivers cares for children and their families in a space dedicated to their well-being, from birth to age 18.

In order to complete our service we are recruiting an

Paediatric Nurse Nurse (MDC 6 months) 75 to 80% (ref: 1993)

Your mission

In a state-of-the-art institution, you have a variety of positions in a multidisciplinary team including nurses, caregivers, gynaecologists, paediatricians.

You will need to provide care for children and newborns with multi-purpose pathologies as part of a comprehensive acute care.

As such you are in charge of;

• Welcoming families and collecting information on child development and health,
• Provide general care and treatment,
• Managing emergencies, to support patients and their loved ones, using your human and technical qualities,
• Care for any premature or term newborn (34 weeks min.) requiring close supervision or specialized care,
• Fostering relationship and communication with families

We are looking for a profile that meets the following criteria:

• 2 to 3 years minimum experience with a hospital structure
• Diploma of Swiss Nurse or for recognition by the Swiss Red Cross
• Diploma in Puerticulture, and/or Neonatology a real asset
• Self-governing, benevolence, versatility, adaptability, organization and sense of priority are essential qualities.

Type of contract: Contract with Maximum duration of 7 months (replacement of maternity leave) Percentage: 75 to 80% Type of schedule : Irregular Effective date: 1 November 2026
