- At La Tour Hospital the ICT Technician is in charge of ensuring the proper functioning of the information system (RUN).
- Attached to the Head of Operations, he solves the difficulties encountered by doctors, caregivers and administrative teams.
- Together with the rest of the team, he participates in the preventive and curative maintenance of all the equipment and IT solutions of the Hospital. The employee will be responsible for:
- Manage and track level 2 incidents and requests
- Perform diagnostics, documentation, resolution (in remote control or in the field) Climb to level 3 support as required Attend RUN and IT Team Meetings
- Ensure installation, troubleshooting and hardware maintenance (posts, printers, network)
- Formalize procedures for the incident resolution knowledge base
- Participate in the installation of medical offices or office trays
- Timely technical management for events and webinars
