Role overview
You contribute to the tasks of the Finance Directorate (DF) under the hierarchical responsibility of the head of the Medical and Economic Pilotage division.
As head of the decision-making information service, you have to lead teams of computer engineers and statisticians to carry out the tasks of the decision-making information service (IDS).
You need to define and implement the decision-making IT strategy by supervising the evolutionary development and maintenance tasks of the institutional IT decision-making base including a data warehouse and several dozens of dashboards and analytical tools for strategic and operational management of HUGs in various key sectors of activity (institutional piloting, patient flow, quality of care, medical statistics, emergency and operating unit sectors, finance, human resources, billing).

Application process
- You support the development team in its development of skills, ensuring the application of standards, methodologies, tools and good development practices in accordance with the standards set for this decision-making platform.
- You must also supervise the use of medico-economic data to support strategic financial processes in cost accounting (REKOLE, ITAR-K)
- You must also guarantee legal obligations for the transmission of medico-economic data (e.g. statistical OFS, ANQ, SwissDRG) and relations with external bodies.
- You participate in reducing billing delays and optimizing the quality of billing by ensuring the progressive maintenance of computer tools for coding hospital stays (list of cases to be coded, alerts to coders and re-launching of clinical documentation).
Company and context
- You have to pilot the organizational framework (POS) of the hospital SI and continuously improve its model and quality in relation to IT.
- You are contributing to the development of the Financial Information System (FIS) by providing Master's Assistance (AMOA) for Finance Directorate projects.
