Role overview
Introduction For our Production Division , we are looking for a New Product Project Leader (H/F) whose main mission will be to pilot the industrialization and production of new products as part of the company's industrial strategy.
You will be at the heart of our manufacturing activities in a stimulating environment.
You will coordinate various topics within multidisciplinary teams, mainly to renew the offer of products in the areas of dial, ceramics and jewellery, while respecting the contractually established performance in terms of quality, costs and deadlines.

- Ensure compliance with milestones in the New Products process by building and facilitating project planning
- Ensure the achievement of performance levels according to the quality and cost criteria, while respecting the deadlines set
Main responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with milestones in the New Products process by building and facilitating project planning

- Encourage the risk analysis approach and the management of the associated risk clearance plan
- Challenge the contribution of the project actors of the site
- Ensure the communication of projects to the teams and the Directorate
- Capitalize the feedback by formalising and harmonizing the practices Profile
- University degree, EPF/HES engineer or equivalent training
- Experience confirmed in the management of industrial projects with multidisciplinary teams
- Rigor and excellent synthesis capacity, clear and efficient communication
- Natural leadership to motivate and unite the team to achieve the objectives
