- Experience confirmed in logistics management of precious metals Demonstrated managerial experience Technical expertise
- Very good control of Fund and Treasury activities, particularly related to precious metals
- Good knowledge of the regulations applicable to Caisse-Trésor activities and standards (LBMA/LPPM)
- Strong internal control and risk management skills
- Mastery of office automation tools (MS Office) Language skills French as a mother tongue English level B2 minimum German: an asset Management skills Leadership and Federated Capacity

- We are looking for an experienced manager to manage Caisse, Trésor and Cards activities in Switzerland, ensuring performance, compliance and operational excellence.
- Supervising and coordinating all operational activities Ensuring continuity and quality of service
- Monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations and strengthening internal controls Governance and continuous improvement Produce reliable and regular reporting Update procedures and guidelines
- Analyse existing processes and propose areas for improvement Management and team development Lead and organize the Geneva-based team
