For our Information Systems division, we are seeking a Tech Lead (M/F) whose primary mission will be to manage the strategy and technical direction of digital platforms.

- Design and deliver leading digital platforms, taking into account scalability, performance, and security requirements
- Bring solid experience in directing front-end frameworks and techniques (Next.js, SSR/SSG...)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 6-10 years of experience in a similar role French/English
Main responsibilities
- Design and deliver leading digital platforms, taking into account scalability, performance, and security requirements
- Bring solid experience in directing front-end frameworks and techniques (Next.js, SSR/SSG...)
- Ensure debugging, resolving technical issues, and meeting the challenges related to project implementation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including product managers, designers, DevOps engineers, and QA, to deliver high-quality digital products
- Conduct technical reviews of third-party tools, frameworks, and new technologies Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 6-10 years of experience in a similar role French/English
- Proven skills in implementing recommendation engines (rule-based, collaborative filtering, etc.) and user segmentation solutions
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
