- Translate divisional commercial and marketing strategies into actionable business area objectives, providing clear targets and guidance to regional Sales and global Marketing teams.
- Support divisional management in monitoring global business performance, including sales outcomes, marketing initiatives, and portfolio evolution.
- Lead the implementation of global marketing plans and pricing strategies to ensure a consistent company presence and competitive positioning across markets.
- Partner with regional teams, creation, and operations functions to drive customer engagement and coordinated go‑to‑market execution that delivers value‑adding solutions.
- Facilitate global alignment in product portfolio management, marketing messaging, and sales approaches.
- Coordinate divisional projects such as portfolio rationalisation, customer segmentation, and strategic account frameworks.

- Over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles within international organisations.
- Proven success leading integrated Sales and Marketing functions, ideally within the fragrance or specialty ingredients industry.
- Strong background in commercial strategy, global account management, and marketing communications.
- Deep knowledge of B2B commercial models, marketing frameworks, and portfolio management processes.
- Advanced analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
