As a manager: in the distribution area of Geneva, La Côte or Yverdon-les-Bains, you contribute directly to the quality of our services, the satisfaction of our customers and the further development of tomorrow’s postal service. - You manage a distribution area with around 250 to 350 employees and bear overall responsibility for the operational, financial, qualitative and personnel results.
- Together with your leadership team, you ensure reliable, efficient, secure and customer-focused operations.
- The leadership, development and coaching of your senior management are just as much a priority as promoting a culture of cooperation, responsibility and dialogue.
- With the results analysis, you set priorities and implement the necessary measures to achieve the goals and optimize the processes.
- You control organizational transformations and projects and accompany teams in the further development of processes, tools and working methods.
- As a member of the Zone’s management team, you work for their priorities and represent logistics services to internal and external partners.
You bring that with you
- You have several years of experience in the management of a larger operational unit and can lead over several levels of responsibility.
- A higher vocational training or a study ideally in the areas of leadership, logistics, process management or business administration round off your profile.
- Proven experience in change and project management is a big plus.
- With an entrepreneurial vision, you translate goals into concrete priorities and take responsibility for their implementation.
- Joint success guides your actions: You develop the skills of your teams, live the values and behaviors expected of a leader and communicate clearly and convincingly with your different contacts.
- In addition, you communicate very well orally and in writing in a first national language and have good knowledge of a second national language.
