Head of Development Care & Social Pädagogik — Psychiatrische Dienste Aargau (PDAG)

To strengthen our teams in nursing and social pädagogik we are looking for the clinic for children and youths ofpsychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy on 1st January. September 2026 or by appointment you are responsible for: • You support the Center Management Care / Social Pädagogik in professional questions • You ensure the further development of expertise, quality standards and work processes • You accompany employees professionally in everyday life and are a central contact person in complex questions • You plan and carry out quality controls, training and further training • You promote efficient, process-oriented cooperation and good working conditions interdisciplinary in the team • You coordinate the cooperation with internal and external interfaces • You take responsibility for economic work and compliance with budget requirements • You analyze situations in everyday patient life and conduct targeted improvement measures • You ensure the flow of information and report to the management of the centre • You regularly lead internal quality circles and take the professional and content management for continuous further development requirements: • You have a master's degree in social work or care, or you are ready to acquire it in a timely manner • You Bringing professional experience in psychiatry, ideally in children's and youths' "psychiatry" • You convince by reliability, commitment and a quick understanding as well as by your systemic and analytical thinking and your interest in scientific working methods • You communicate in style in German (orally and in writing) and deal with the usual MS Office applications We offer: Our employees are the heart of our company.
