Senior Physician — Psychiatrische Dienste Aargau (PDAG)

For our unique center with a focus on people with intellectual developmental disabilities in the attractive Windisch location (SIWF training center), we are looking for a suitable reinforcement as tasks immediately or by agreement: • Independent evidence-based integrated diagnostics and therapy within the framework of the operational concept and the professional standards in the inpatient and outpatient setting • Careful structured case documentation and preparation of reports • Management and supervision of the assistant doctors and psychologists • Networking/cooperation with involved actors (family doctor, hospital, relatives) • Participation in interdisciplinary reports • Cooperation in the multi-professional and interdisciplinary team • Further development of the psychiatric treatment and training offer according to the specifications of the management • Participation in the PDAG service system Requirements: • Completed further training in the specialist title of psychiatry and psychotherapy • Interest in focus and special areas • Responsibility, reliability and teamwork in the sense of our values of courage, commitment and trust • High social skills, independent and efficient working style as well as high resilience • Joy in multi-professional and interdisciplinary cooperation • Interest in management tasks We offer: Our employees are the heart of our company.
