  • In a team composed of HR Assistants, HR Managers, Recruitment Assistants and talent acquisitions, as well as in coordination with the entire HR Department, you contribute to the application and development of human resources management.
  • Depending on the perimeters entrusted to you, you intervene in different positions: support for HR processes, collaboration on certain HR cross-cutting issues, role of reference or coordination of specific activities. Your main activities Reception and reference role:
  • HRM entry point, you are the administrative contact for all HR tool questions;
  • Thanks to the high-quality contacts and privileged relations you maintain, both with the managers and with the employees, you ensure complementarity with the HRRs to enable the feedback to be made available;
  • Together with your HR assistant colleagues, you manage the telephone and physical reception of the service and thus contribute to providing a first level of quality response to employees and line managers. Administrative life cycle management:
  • In collaboration with HRRs, your HR assistant colleagues and recruitment assistants, you organize and manage the administrative activities related to the employee's life cycle (engagement, evolution, absences, changes in situation and departures) and individual situations requiring specific follow-up;
  • You ensure the proper maintenance of personnel records in compliance with traceability standards (LIPAD), as well as the centralization and updating of these records in our systems, thus ensuring a secure and fluid management of information;
  • You guarantee the writing of reports and minutes.
