Role overview
Your team The Corporate Functions division brings together the Pictet Group's non-banking activities and has over 800 employees.
The core functions, which are made up of specialists with a perfect mastery of all business lines, are structured around several departments: Internal Audit, Communication, Compliance, Corporate Office, Finance, Taxation, Legal, Human Resources, Risk and Information Security.
Based in Geneva, the Group Tax department is responsible for managing the Group's tax situation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, managing tax risks, preserving Pictet's reputation and maintaining good relations with tax administrations.

- Participate in the piloting of strategic tax projects, bringing your expertise on direct and indirect taxes (early tax, VAT, stamp duty), transactional taxes and taxation at source.
- Establish and carry out tax controls and audits, make recommendations and monitor their implementation.
Main responsibilities
- Participate in the piloting of strategic tax projects, bringing your expertise on direct and indirect taxes (early tax, VAT, stamp duty), transactional taxes and taxation at source.
- Establish and carry out tax controls and audits, make recommendations and monitor their implementation.
- Assess tax risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Supervise customer classification and reporting processes to ensure compliance with FATCA, CRS and IQ requirements as part of tax transparency.
- Work closely with other departments to integrate tax aspects into cross-cutting projects.
- Monitor the evolution of tax law and regulation. Profile
- University degree in law or economics.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in taxation, ideally acquired in law firms or in one of the "Big Four".
- Ability to work independently, with initiative.
- Excellent analytical skills, sense of problem solving and ability to propose improvements to current practices.
Application process
- Mastering the usual MS Office applications.
- Excellent mastery of French and English; knowledge of German is an asset.
