In order to strengthen our Department of Personal Insurance, which is very active in private insurance, we are looking for our main division, Prévoyance, based in Lausanne, for a group leader specialized in contract management.

Company and context
- Supervise the planning and organization of administrative processing of contracts
- Develop, pilot and analyse performance indicators
- Actively contribute to continuous optimization of processing processes
- Participate in defining, monitoring and achieving corporate strategy objectives
- Maintain and develop relations and exchanges with the various working partners and represent the team with the agencies
- Manage independently and proactively a portfolio of contracts (new cases, changes, cancellations and deadlines, etc.) and write commercial correspondence Your profile:
- Holder of a federal certificate of insurance or equivalent training
- Experience confirmed in individual provisioning (3rd pillar)
- Leadership talent and experience in team leadership and decision-making Cooperative and collaborative temperament
- French mother tongue and good knowledge in German (level B2)
