We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Project Manager to oversee the development of innovative compliance management processes and systems; you will join the Regulatory Ingredients Compliance Strategy Center of Excellence (CoE) within our Global Regulatory Affairs organization. Key responsibilities Regulatory Compliance Strategy & GovernanceTranslate regulatory requirements into scalable operational processes and compliance frameworksSupport the development and deployment of compliance policies, standards, and governance modelsEnsure alignment between regulatory expectations and business operations across regions and functionsContribute to long-term compliance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives Project & Program ManagementDevelop comprehensive cross-functional compliance projects plans from planning through implementation and monitoringDefine project roadmaps, priorities, deliverables, timelines, and success metricsCoordinate stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goalsDrive execution, identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure success Operational Compliance & Risk ManagementSupport implementation of chemical control legislation (CCL) compliance requirements within operational processesIdentify compliance gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunitiesContribute to audit readiness and corrective action follow-upMonitor compliance performance and help establish effective control mechanisms Stakeholder Engagement & TrainingAct as a key partner and advisor to internal stakeholders on compliance-related topicsFacilitate alignment between technical, operational, and business teamsSupport awareness, communication, and training initiatives to strengthen compliance culturePromote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization You? You are a structured and collaborative compliance professional who combines regulatory expertise with strong project management capabilities. You are comfortable operating in complex, international environments and can translate technical requirements into practical business solutions.
